adequate stay, some issues

the suite had a view of the skyline. i could see the burj khalifa from the balcony, anchored by the jetty and canal. i found the b&o television to be useful. the bathroom had dual sinks.
My check-in took longer than expected. i was told someone would assist me. The wait was an hour and a half. i noticed a meal i hadn't ordered added to my receipt though i never signed for it.

The room matched expectations. I guess that's something.
The check-in was a mess. I waited an hour and a half after they said someone would assist me. My luggage took another 30 minutes, and they even asked about the color of my bags. What a joke. a meal I didn't order showed up on my bill, so it wasn't a pleasent stay.

the hotel interiors exhibit thoughtful details and harmonious aesthetics. joseph, the doorman, welcomed us warmly and provided dinner recommendations. i intend to return and dine at one of the hotel's restaurants. i plan to stay a few nights on my next visit.

the marina room features a stylish design and perfect appointment. a television provides entertainment, while a coffee area includes a mini bar. i found the bed comfortable , and there was a good selection of pillows.

the hotel has office towers and hotels spread out over wide distance. most travels require a car or taxi.

The gym has updated equipment. I noticed three new treadmills. The rooftop pool offered a fantastic view and had about twenty comfortable loungers!
The TV system responded slowly though I liked the channel selection.

i secured a marina room and found the view particularly striking. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, it was good. breakfast on the fourth floor had fresh options and quick service, it was a shame high society on the 30th floor was opposite.
the tv system was useless and slow in operation. internet speeds seemed from when the internet first started, it was too slow and always losing connection.

the high society restaurant was fine. it had amazing views and amazing food. the hotel smells really good (i really noticed this!), and the staff were friendly.
Luggage delivery experienced a delay of more than 20 minutes. they rarely answer the phone on the first try. I had to go downstairs to request something. the hotel wanted to charge me for bringing my delivery order from the lobby to my room.

Really good hospitality. Excellent hotel stay

The check in process happened very fast. The room design included thoughtful features and it looked elegant. I found super clean housekeeping . I thought the valet service was efficient and quite helpful. The breakfast was a delight, and the in room dining was excellent. The gym had all equipment I needed. The pool and spa were serene, nice for relaxation. The location was very convenient for reaching Downtown. It was also accessible for Business Bay. The bed was super comfortable, allowing great rest.
The television system operation seemed too slow. The internet speeds gave problems, losing connection frequently.

My room featured high end amenities. I found a Bang and Olufsen television and sound system. A Dyson hair dryer was also available. The spacious ensuite bathroom included dual sinks and a rainfall shower.
